With a capacity to seat and serve a little over 200 guests for birthdays, family gatherings, weddings, workshops and corporate events, we offer a homemade menu to suit your requirements using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, which nourish not only your bodies but our surroundings.
Look around you and you will appreciate the ability for us to carefully source great produce direct from its origins in neighbouring farms. This backdrop enriches the beautiful simplicity of the foods prepared by our chef who renews the menu according to the season. Quality products are selected for flavour and freshness and the dishes are inspired by classic French gastronomy of the area.
Naturally, the wine list features local favourites from the renowned Cote du Rhone region, please do not hesitate to ask our staff for recommendations.
Make sure you save room for dessert, like the main meal all pastries are made by our Chefs’ hand including the delicious chocolates. After lunch, take advantage of the hotel’s gardens and heated outdoor swimming pool, or if you fancy take a dip in the fresh cold-water stream on the grounds.

Bar
The creeping vine covered stone building that originally housed the sawmill in the early 1800’s has been transformed into a comfortable and intimate bar providing an ideal setting for relaxation and celebration.
Within the solid stonewalls and exposed wood beams, the copper bar serves a range of beverages including juices and hot beverages. Choose your Dj and dance the night away with minimal restrictions.
Breakfast
Enjoy a revitalising dip in our heated indoor pool before joining us in the adjacent breakfast room. Recently refurbished with carefully considered interiors from Honoré, Thonet and Tom Dixon sparking your creative minds whilst serving your nourishing first meal of fresh produce to fuel the day ahead.
Private dining in Salon Nant
Available for private dinning, Salon Nant is full of charm, with original wooden beams and hand- painted silk British wallpaper, the character of this room doesn’t stop there. The imposing chimney and stove from the 19th century is wonderful for preparing and enjoying winter roasts. Seating up to 80 guests we personally love this space for rehearsal dinners.
