Our largest space, Salle Perrier has a capacity of 200 while you can also use newly appointed dance studio with sound system (open Autumn 2021) for something more energetic. We have the beautiful wood cabin, la Scierie that is ideal for hosting smaller artistic and well-being workshops.
Don’t forget to take advantage of the wellness area with 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor) sauna, hammam, hydro massage bed and treatments on request.

Being able to combine studying and physical practice, relaxation and oxygenation, in the heart of our park by a mountain stream is a sure way to have contentment at your workshops. There are numerous quiet areas for groups and teachers to practice their specialism or activity.
The hotel can support retreat groups staying in the 85 rooms and chalets. In addition, our events and catering team are available to ensure the organisation, food and drink regimes are perfectly personalised. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and juicing menus are available on specific requests at the time of booking.

Workshops
Our relationship with our surroundings is at the heart of what we do. We want to share the Ardèche with you and have partnered with some exceptionally skilled craftmakers, artisans and businesses to bring unique and memorable experiences whilst onsite at La Gentilhommière. Feel the ultimate in release at the birthplace of the hot air balloon as you float with the clouds above our parkland in a tethered hot air balloon (weather permitting).
We can also arrange bespoke floristry workshops, leather and rattan accessory making or professional Zumba classes to name a few. We have a bespoke planning service adding some creative and local insight, and providing help with anything from, decoration and gifting to live musicians, event photography and videography.

Weddings & Parties
La Gentilhommière is your home for three days of celebration and relaxation. As a family-run wedding venue in Ardèche, with no surrounding neighbours we are able to provide a unique and flexible service including exclusive-use of the hotel for up to 180 guests eating and sleeping, giving everyone more time for catch-ups and debriefs over a poolside glass of wine, a welcome dinner or post wedding brunch.
Our team are highly experienced in all things weddings and are here to ensure you enjoy every moment of your special day. We have an onsite English-speaking Wedding Planner if required and the whole team are ready to guide and support you in creating bespoke décor and menus specific to your taste.
The fantastic thing about the hotel is it originally started as a restaurant and food is still very important to us. There is also a dedicated bar and dance floor away from the rooms so the end of the party can certainly be up for discussion.
A direct route from Lyon airport or Geneva for international guests, hiring a car is easy or if you want to provide a coach service this can be arranged. The hotel has ample parking space for both coaches and cars.
